We promise that items meeting the following conditions can be returned within 7 days of receipt:

✅ Product has quality issues

✅ Damage caused during transportation

✅ Wrong item sent, but does not affect resale

The following situations are not eligible for the 7-day no-reason return policy:

❌ Customized items

❌ Used items (electronic products are considered used if powered on)

❌ Wear and tear on the product's appearance or accessories

❌ Loss or severe damage to the outer packaging affecting resale

❌ Items that are unsuitable for return due to their nature, and which were confirmed at the time of purchase

❌ Other situations affecting resale

📥 How to Apply for a Return or Exchange

Return/Exchange for Personal Reasons: Send an email to the after-sales center within 7 days of receipt, provided the item does not affect resale. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Return/Exchange for Quality Issues: Send an email to service@mail.plumehex.com within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping costs will be borne by us.

Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within approximately 15 business days after the return.
